手術切乳防癌　連乳頭全都切掉

抗癌保命，好萊塢女星安潔莉娜裘莉(Angelina Jolie)毅然手術切除雙乳，馬來西亞28歲女子蔡佩玲，3年前發現自己體內帶有一種罕見基因缺陷，日後罹患乳癌的可能性高達80%，為了保命，她前往新加坡接受乳房切除手術，卻不小心連乳頭都切掉了。

蔡佩玲的母親和阿姨，都是死於乳癌。擔心自己也會罹癌，她飛到新加坡中央醫院進行手術，拆除乳房這對「定時炸彈」，並進行人工乳房重建手術。

原本都會好好保養乳房的她，一開始也無法接受必須切除雙乳這個事實，她最大的顧慮是以後沒法穿胸罩，但接受手術後她無怨無悔，自認仍是一個完整女人。
