美眾議員致函馬英九：台灣要求至為正當

美國聯邦眾議員戴佳雷（Scott DesJarlais）致函總統馬英九，對廣大興28號漁船在台灣專屬經濟海域，遭菲國海巡船艦槍擊，導致船員洪石成喪生，深表哀慟。
 
「中央社」報導，戴佳雷表示，美國重視與台灣及菲律賓長期來的友誼，期盼兩國竭盡全力，以理性和平方式解決事件。
 
他也指出，台灣政府要求菲國儘速及誠摯就事件道歉，並對受難者家屬提供適切賠償的要求，基於人道立場，至為正當。
