亂騎YouBike 將停權1月

【蔡亞樺╱台北報導】台北市公共自行車YouBike啟用後至本月初，使用人次破千萬，但單車族在人行道隨意亂騎，影響行人路權屢遭詬病。
北市交通局正研擬YouBike記點停權機制，發現使用者逆向行駛、騎乘在騎樓等違規行為，登錄到一定點數，將停止會員權利一個月，預計下月底公布實施。
YouBike會員數一百萬多人、單月一百三十七萬租借人次，北市議員日前調查發現，YouBike隨意騎在人行道，統計北市自行車違規件數增加，今年一到九月就有三百餘件，比去年增一倍，要求加強管理機制。
北市交通局長王聲威昨說，YouBike車身烙印編碼，可掌握使用者並透過電腦系統追蹤，登錄使用者違法事項，如騎在騎樓、人行道不禮讓行人，逆向行駛及在人潮多時車速快等，累積記點到某種程度將停權。停權一個月內或某個時段將禁止租借，內容正在研擬，預計下月底公布實施。

下月實施先宣導

台北市長郝龍斌表示，先期以宣導為主，從Youbike使用者開始實施，再推廣到單車愛好者。車友葉先生說：「違規該取締但應適度，若停權懲罰過重，恐打擊騎車意願。」
