EXL的函數問題

想請問EXL達人，我在製作會計表格中，想了解有沒有任何的函數可以做到
例如:我在總表KEY-06/24(第一格日期)煙(第二格品名)50(第三格價錢)
就總表有出現的時候，我在另新增一個工作表，希望有這項品名的東西可以在這個工作表中也自動出現~有這樣的函數嗎?

(這不是同一個問題)還有，如果我設定了VLOOKUP的函數所代出來的內容，我可以指定儲存格內的顏色嗎?
