電腦無法撥放ADOBE FLASH測試網頁

我需要讓電腦跑得出adobe flash的測試網頁
http://video2.bu-shi-ban.com/

但我開chrome瀏覽器下去跑 卻跑不出來
是因為我用的是學校網路的問題嗎?
(因為用家裡的電腦跑就OK)
還是我有哪個電腦程式設備沒有裝到?
