門底縫的填補

因為新家在2F
總覺得蟲很多 要把縫還有落水頭一個個消除
目前比較嚴重的是大門門底縫問題
可能當初設計不良
門檻跟門的距離 有約1cm
門底縫1cm高
導致縫非常大
目前查過 比較常用的是
1.擋縫條
一般五金店及特力屋都有賣
但感覺不耐用 可能又要用螺絲鎖起來會比較不會掉
這一點對新買的房子....
2.泥作填高
這麼小的工程 應該沒人理我 自己又沒天分 應該會弄得很糟
3.用氣密條填高
用下面產品取代泥作 把門檻和門中間的縫填高
目前看來好像是這個 但畢竟是用黏的 弄一弄可能又會脫落

請問大家有啥更好的方式嗎
我在台南 還是有專家可提供服務
