漁船案 外交部盼台菲報告一致

外交部長林永樂今天說，有關「廣大興28號」漁船射擊案調查報告，政府目標是希望台菲雙邊的報告結果與起訴罪名能差不多。

菲律賓總統艾奎諾三世20日表示，他仍在研議是否批准菲律賓國家調查局針對「廣大興28號」漁船射擊事件所作的調查報告。這是自菲國司法部將調查報告送進總統府馬拉坎南宮後，艾奎諾三世第1次就調查報告發表談話。

對於菲方何時公布報告，林永樂傍晚接受中央社訪問時表示，關鍵在菲國總統，對方目前沒有明確承諾公布時間。

他表示，外交部、駐處每天都在聯繫與催促，希望公布報告時間越快越好。台菲雙邊調查人員進行證據比對，得出事實是差不多，政府目標盼雙方報告結果與對相關違法人員的起訴罪名能差不多。
