民進黨：不參與證所稅表決

立法院國民黨決意修正通過證所稅，立法院民進黨團幹事長潘孟安今天表示，ＩＰＯ（股票首次上市櫃）應緩課證所稅，民進黨不會參與證所稅表決，院會表決時，不排除退席。
