藍委：GDP破3才漲電價 政院：再溝通

　行政院才重申十月調漲電價政策不變，國民黨立委蔡錦隆，今日卻提案要求經濟成長連三季超過3%才可以調漲電價。行政院發言人鄭麗文表示，十月調漲電價仍是行政院既定政策，委員有不同看法，行政院將請經濟部長張家祝進一步了解、進行溝通。蔡錦隆提案上午迅速獲得逾50人連署，成案後行政院才掌握到此一訊息。
