蔡英文要求菲方啟動司法調查

我國漁民遭菲律賓公務船射殺，民進黨前主席蔡英文發出聲明表示，我方政府應嚴正要求菲律賓政府即刻進行司法調查，在最短期間內追究責任、並給予受害家屬合理的慰撫與賠償。此外，台菲雙方應立即針對漁權與人身、財產安全議題進行協商，以確保我國漁民的權益與安全，避免悲劇重演。
