悠活部分違規，墾管處斷水斷電

延燒多日的墾丁悠活渡假村未環評先營運風波，屏東縣政府昨依違反發展觀光條例對悠活開罰後，主管建管的墾管處今天下午以最速件通知悠活，要求3至6區立即回歸原核准建築物使用用途（集合住宅），若複查發現仍做旅館用途，將依建築法罰責，最重可斷水斷電。
