警察包庇色情行業　1交保1羈押

新北地檢署偵辦2名員警包庇色情業案，16日經檢方複訊後，涉案員警1人收押，1人交保。

據報導，檢方4月間接獲檢舉，新北市蘆洲警分局轄內5家色情行業，並有不肖警員包庇，當業者的線民，躲避掃黃行動。廉政署、警政署政風室派員喬裝路人蒐證，發現2名員警確實向色情業者通風報信，並收賄及接受性招待。

廉政官15日上午分別約談涉案的兩名警員，並同步搜索蘆洲警分局查扣相關資料，經徹夜偵訊，16號上午移送新北地檢署複訊後，檢方認為洪姓員警收受賄賂聲押獲准，許姓警官則以30萬元交保。

警政署表示，許多色情業者為了躲避掃黃查緝，每個月以2至3萬元行賄員警，洪姓員警收取各家賄款後，再分給許姓警官，兩人不僅涉嫌插乾股，還接受性招待，當作交換偵辦情報的報酬。

警政署指出，涉案的五家色情業者收費平價，包含3家情色護膚按摩店及2家「一樓一鳳」應召站，主要以越南妹為主，標榜小姐優質且配合度高，頗具名氣。在2名員警上個月不約而同調職後，才有1家色情業者被警方查獲。
