政院：破財不能消災，訂酒駕移送法辦標準

【徐珮君／台北報導】酒駕問題嚴重，外界質疑《刑法》185條相關條文有「漏洞」，讓民眾罰錢規避酒測。行政院政務委員羅瑩雪邀內政部、交通部、法務部開會，澄清法無缺失，警方在執行時酒測時，如有民眾不配合，可請檢察官核發鑑定許可書強制酒測，只要酒精值超過0.25就有刑事責任，逃避不了。羅瑩雪說，破財消災是以訛傳訛，執行上有漏洞，警政署今晚訂定酒駕移送法案的標準流程，通令全國嚴厲執行。但交通部、內政部仍將修正《道路安全管理處罰條例》，讓警察可強制酒測，不需再報請檢察官。【更多精彩新聞，都在《蘋果余艾苔》粉絲團】
