放寬大陸QDII投資我股市額度

行政院長江宜樺8日邀閣員討論，如何突破悶經濟。其中，提振股市有共識，將責成政務委員薛琦邀金管會、央行等，研議放寬大陸QDII(合格境內機構投資者)投資國內證券市場的額度，不以10億美元為限。

針對放寬大陸QDII來台投資加碼，薛琦表示，這項措施不涉及修法，是我方單方面的政策，也不需要透過ECFA協商就可推動。
