騎車載母出車禍 女子緩起訴

許姓女子去年8月無照騎車載母親到新北市三芝某廟宇參拜，返家行經新北市石門區台二線，因精神不濟，不慎擦撞中央護欄摔車受傷，許母送醫不治，許女則有骨折傷勢，治療無礙。士林地檢署認為許女雖涉過失致死罪，但痛失人倫至親，深表自責，今天處分緩起訴，另提供公益團體40小時義務勞務及接受10小時的法治教育課程。
