經濟制裁比較聰明　林百里籲全國團結不去菲律賓消費

菲律賓漁政船槍殺我漁民，總統馬英九下了最後通牒，菲律賓卻是擺出高姿態，引來全民公憤，廣達董事長林百里14日指出，台灣對菲律賓的經濟貢獻較多，用經濟制裁方式應較聰明有效，他更進一步呼籲，全國應該團結不去菲律賓消費，可以得到更好的效果。

「廣大興28號」事件發生後，我國對菲律賓提出四項嚴正要求：第一、正式道歉；第二、賠償損失；第三、儘速徹查事實嚴懲兇手；第四、儘速啟動台菲漁業協議談判。

總統府表示，從12日零時起算，72小時內若未獲菲律賓政府正面回應，中華民國政府將採取3項抗議措施：第一，凍結菲勞的申請；第二，召回中華民國駐菲律賓大使；第三，要求菲律賓駐台代表返回菲國協助妥善處理本案。

廣達14日召開法人說明會，面對這起事件，董事長林百里認為，用軍事方式解決兩邊爭議，並不是很好的方式，到菲律賓放兩槍，也未必會有效果，但是，以台灣菲律賓的經濟經濟關係來看，台灣經濟貢獻較多，所以，用經濟制裁應該較聰明有效。

林百里更進一步呼籲，全國應該團結不去菲律賓消費，這樣應該可以得到更好的效果。
