豪大雨往南移　北部下完換南部

由於鋒面對流雲系旺盛，今天從凌晨開始新竹以北陸續出現局部豪雨，陽明山從凌晨零時到中午12點為止，累計雨量達238毫米，達到大豪雨標準，是今天全台降雨最多地區。其次為新北市三和213毫米、金山 197毫米左右，淡水、楊埔等地都超過180毫米雨量，北部其他地區也都超過50毫米，至少都有大雨以上等級。

氣象局已經發布豪雨特報，基隆北海岸、台北市山區會有局部大豪雨，苗栗以北有局部大雨或豪雨，隨著這波豪大雨持續往南部移動，中午過後中南部也會開始出現大雨，台中、彰化以及南投可能出現局部性豪雨，劇烈的天氣和下雨情況將持續到下周一。
