知名燒臘店遭老父砸窗　老闆堅提告

75歲馬姓男子與前妻離婚後，今年1月到妻、兒開設的北市知名燒臘店要錢不到，怒拿磚頭砸破店門窗戶，被兒子告毀損。

馬父坦承犯罪，檢方多次向兒子表示，「可不可以不要告爸爸啊」、「這是小事啊」但兒子堅提告，檢方依毀損罪將父親起訴。

位於和平東路3段的香濱燒臘店，自稱「台北最有味道的大排檔」，網友評為「肉和菜永遠比飯多的超值燒臘便當」。
