大年初一捅兄砍嫂　弟爭祖產逞兇服毒

一名六旬陳姓男子(68歲)疑因爭祖產，前天從屏東返回雲林縣水林鄉海埔村，持自製長矛捅破哥哥(74歲)肚子、西瓜刀砍傷嫂嫂(72歲)，自己再服老鼠藥自殺，姪子及時發現將3人送醫搶救，均無生命危險。警方偵訊後昨天以殺人罪嫌將陳男移送雲林地檢署偵辦。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，警方指出，陳嫌大年初一先到村內玄天宮找當廟公的哥哥（74歲），進廟後不發一語，拿出預藏自製長矛，捅進哥哥肚子，當場肚破腸流，他再開車回村內祖厝，其嫂見他返家還熱情招呼：「叔仔，你回來了！」他仍拿出預藏西瓜刀，砍傷嫂嫂（72歲）頭、背、胸部多刀；姪子聞聲奪刀救母。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
