陳巧明涉虐死 弟盼勿枉勿縱

（中央社記者陳淑芬彰化10日電）日月明功涉虐死案，負責人陳巧明行蹤不明。檢方今天將陳巧明列被告，並再度搜索默園，到場的陳巧明弟弟表示，盼勿枉勿縱。

彰化地檢署偵辦詹姓高中生疑遭虐死案，日月明功負責人陳巧明涉重嫌，今天將她列為被告，並再度搜索日月明功靈修處所默園。

陳巧明目前行蹤不明，媒體採訪陳巧明的弟弟陳昭明。他指出，陳巧明已久未與家人往來，連家人都不知她的去向，年邁母親既生氣又擔心，陳巧明的朋友來尋訪，家人還要透過好幾個中間人找人，讓家人很生氣。

陳昭明指出，姐姐從小就很聰明，很有個性和想法，但家人從小就管不動她，母親不贊成她念舞蹈，她就堅持要跳舞。對於日月明功涉入詹姓高中生疑虐死案，陳昭明透露84歲老母得知後相當痛心。

檢方今天再度搜查默園時，陳昭明表示，希望勿枉勿縱，他不會包庇自己姐姐，若陳巧明有責任就要負責，但如果沒責任，就不要冤枉她。1021210
