遭指未護蔡田號 海巡署澄清

（中央社記者劉建邦台北5日電）海巡署今天說，媒體有關屏東恆春籍漁船「蔡田號」遭菲律賓扣押，海巡卻未護漁的報導內容，和事實不符。

行政院海岸巡防署表示，4日接獲東港區漁業電台通報，恆春籍「蔡田號」膠筏及蔡姓船長在2日自後壁湖漁港出港，3日下午位在菲律賓巴丹群島的雅米島東北方岸際4浬，距鵝鑾鼻東南方78浬處，遭菲國公務船扣押。

海巡署說，案發後，偉星艦正在南方海域實施巡護任務，距該膠筏約27浬，但因膠筏未裝置漁船船位回報系統，無法掌握其位置。

海巡署海洋總局說，每天在南方海域編排大型船艦執行護漁任務，並視漁汛期、重點漁區或突發事件需要，適時調整勤務密度與範圍。

海洋總局表示，每4小時也會透過漁業署「船位回報系統」，了解漁船作業區域分布，適時調整巡護範圍，確保漁民作業權益。1020905
