F-晨星配6元現金股利　梁公偉：與聯發科合併計畫持續

IC設計廠F-晨星(3697)股東會決議通過去年度股利，每股6元現金股利，同時改選董監，董事長梁公偉指出，與聯發科合併計畫將持續進行。

晨星2012年度稅後淨利為45億元，每股稅後淨利8.53元，股東會通過每股現金股利6元，股利發放率逾70%。

晨星董事改選，選出5席董事分別為梁公偉、林翰飛、周玲臺、林修葳、郭大維。其中，周玲臺、林修葳、郭大維3席獨立董事全數連任當選。
