校長不核准病假，如何尋求自立救濟？

因為不知道發問者101學年度已經請過幾天病假，如果上下學期已經請滿28天病假的話，這就不是校方刁難的問題，依法令規定，校方不可以准予發問者的病假，而是要以發問者的事假來抵銷這一次的請假，否則就換成是校方違法。相關法令規定如下，請參閱。

教師請假規則第三條規定：
二、因疾病或經醫師診斷需安胎休養者，其治療或休養期間，得請病假，每學年准給二十八日。其超過規定日數者，以事假抵銷。女性教師因生理日致工作有困難者，每月得請生理假一日，其請假日數併入病假計算。患重病或安胎經醫療機構或專科醫師診斷非短時間所能治癒者，經學校核准得延長之。其延長期間自第一次請延長病假之首日起算，二學年內合併計算不得超過一年。但銷假上班一年以上者，其延長病假得重行起算。
