我被強暴了還要賠償有道理嗎?

我的女友強暴了我

他15歲 我21歲

3/28當時我在他的床上午休睡覺

他那時關上燈把衣服脫光 挑逗我並且與我發生關係

她月經是3/22來的

之後他4/7跑去跟別的網友發生一夜情

並且懷孕了 他的家長因為我是她男友

所以抓著我說 孩子是你的 你跟我女兒發生性行為

所以要我賠償50萬

我女友發育很好有D罩杯 並且跟我說他16歲了

對方家長不肯驗DNA要拿掉孩子

抓著我是她男友所以想要錢
