工銀證投顧晨訊：內外雙利多　台股將有慶祝行情

【財經中心／台北報導】立法院三讀通過證所稅法案，取消8500點天險，且散戶不課稅，以及國際股市上漲的雙重利多激勵下，留意台股今日可能展開慶祝行情。預估今日加權指數在7684點至7792點之間，操作上採高出低進。
