監察院11票通過彈劾林益世

監察院上午以假借權利圖利自身，違法失職事證明確，情節重大等理由，提案彈劾前行政院秘書長林益世，參與彈劾案決定投票的12位監察委員中，11票贊成彈劾成立，有1人投下不成立的反對票。
