求推薦新手入門腳架

這個星期是畢業典禮，
想是時候買支腳架，可是之前一直沒有做過功課，
一時之間爬了一堆文可是很多都有看沒有懂...

有一些問題想問，請大家幫忙解惑：

腳釘重要嗎？
一般來說腳架幾節會比較方便？
球狀雲台還是三維雲台比較適合入門？
球狀雲台會不會很難控制？

想要買一支基本型耐用一點的，
以後去旅行也可以帶著用的腳架，
我的相機是FUJIFILM S200EXR
單體機重接近1KG
這樣應該選負重多少的腳架？
我身高176，是應該選160~170高的腳架嗎？
支援低角度拍攝的腳架是不是比較進階的？

如果可以希望可以請大家推薦CP值高的金屬腳架。
另外就是有爬了一些文，
講到新手很容易被宰，有點怕怕的，
不知道有沒有哪家信譽商家可以推薦？
還是說直接在網路上訂比較好？

心目中的預算是3000以內，
不知道這是不是一個合理的入們價錢？
二手的也可以。
