馬總統：爭端解決 要尊重國際法

馬英九總統今天說，台日漁業協議只有5個條文，卻是擱置爭議、共創雙贏的典型，對東海和平發展，有示範作用。過去經驗告訴我們，國際爭端要能和平解決，當事方必須正視現實、擱置爭議、尊重國際法，才有可能。
