網路連線無線AP後連接HUB再連接HUB

各位大人，想請問我的網路的問題：
是這樣的，我是用社區的網路後連接到我的無線AP(有四個port)，但只連出來的1條線，這條線連到一台 EUSSO(USH5008-XPE) 的八PORT switch ，其中五個port連到五台電腦，再從另二個port孔線連到另二個地方，這二個地方的線接到各1個5 port的
hub上，各自再連四台電腦，這樣總計連上了13台電腦，但問題來了!
之前連都很ok，但是這幾天很奇怪的是，會一直出現有限或無限的那個連線的
驚嘆號出現，好玩的是，我重新修復ip位置，就會造成 所有電腦網路大當機(網路而已)，好玩的是 無線上網的nb網路都不會當，但有實體的就會當，我換了一台ap也沒用，它們還是抓不到ip位置(要看它們的心情，有時ok有時又不ok)，
但我把上面的八port 關機後重開，就又行了，但就是會有特定的電腦網路會當，這有人有遇過嗎?
ps：之前不會，這陣子才常出現!
