問題金融已賠付2,883億元

中央存保公司表示，金融重建基金（RTC）處理56家經營不善金融機構，到4月30日止，共依法賠付2,077億元，加計存保公司分攤其中七家機構的賠付款806億元，合計賠付款總額為2,883億元。

RTC主要財源是金融業營業稅，近來立委提案要求將金融業營業稅從2%提高到5%，使得處理問題金融機構財源問題受到關注。

RTC及存保險公司當初賠付的錢，部分是向銀行融資預支，根據存保公司資料，這些貸款已在今年初還清，但存保公司的準備金則還在累積中，離目標值3,000多億元還有一大段距離，也需要靠金融業營業稅挹注。
