核四公投 朱敬一要學生辯論

國科會主委朱敬一連續四周到台大社科院替百名高中生上公民課，下周六登場的最後一門課，朱敬一以當前最熱門的核四公投為主題，要求學生用抽籤方式分組決定正反方，上演精采辯論賽，幫助學生深入了解審議式民主。當天的辯論也將邀請中研院院士胡正明、劉紹臣擔任講評人。
