「錢包沒了」博同情　男借錢不還

41歲何姓香港籍男子，日前離婚後無業自花蓮北上謀生，無奈找不到工作，竟在台北火車站附近搭訕無知年輕女子，利用人性弱點及同情心，以「行李遺失」、「證件錢包全都沒了」等理由借錢詐騙。1名23歲陳姓女子與男友，去年10月遭何男以此手法詐騙7100元，陳女還與男友商量請何男吃飯及幫他在火車站附近找旅館，付了1100元的住宿費用，雖有互留手機及Facebook，但隔天便無法聯絡上何男。

今年大年初二，何男再次打電話聯絡陳女聲稱找不到工作，欲商借2000元過生活，陳女見機不可失與何男相約初三見面，並與警方合作，中午將何男逮捕歸案。

何男遭逮後，警方查出何男在2013年時，以類似手法向1名女子詐騙2萬元，是法院通緝中的對象，何男在偵訊中向警方表示，自己是因為「餓暈了」，才會在台北火車站附近找目標，還向警方坦承20年前曾犯過竊盜案，之後都沒有再做過「壞事」，讓警員聽了哭笑不得，訊後將何男帶至法院歸案（林金聖／台北報導）
