竊市值200萬元扁柏 4嫌羈押

（中央社記者沈如峰宜蘭2日電）宜蘭警方昨天在大同山區逮捕4名山老鼠集團成員，起出29塊扁柏，市值約新台幣200萬元。檢方今天表示，4嫌已羈押。

宜蘭檢警日前發現，宜蘭大同南山村山區有人盜伐林木，隨即與林務局羅東林區管理處共同啟動「檢、警、林聯合查緝小組」調查，並派員上山埋伏查緝。

由於埋伏查緝期間剛好是入冬後首波寒流來襲，查緝人員經過連續3天3夜埋伏，夜間溫度僅有攝氏3度左右，昨天凌晨3時終於發現山老鼠集團的犯行，逮捕蔡姓、劉姓、楊姓、黃姓共4人，起出29塊扁柏木塊，市值約200萬元。全案依森林法、刑法竊盜等罪嫌，移送宜蘭地方法院檢察署偵辦。

查緝人員說，在山區埋伏期間，大家泡麵果腹、睡在車上，寒風刺骨，「快凍成冰塊」。

宜蘭地檢署上午說，4名嫌疑人經檢察官訊問，並向宜蘭地方法院聲請羈押禁見獲准。1021202
