熟食換算生重? 還有熟食怎換算裡面材料熟重?麻煩解惑

快學期末了!學校要交材料報告 ，不知怎換算，請知道的人解 解惑謝謝!如下
材料重量
白蝦60g
花枝30g
旗魚漿80g
豆皮30g
青蔥125g
鹽3g
糖1g

我做的是蝦捲，熟重是估6條大概300g重 ，這些材料是我自己估的，不知做起來夠不夠做6條熟重300g?而熟食換算生重怎算?生重換算熟食又怎算?幫幫忙呀!!謝謝!
